Jefferson County judge sets hearing on request to dismiss suit over President Obama's citizenship

A Jefferson County judge today set a Monday hearing on a lawsuit challenging President Barack Obama's citizenship and right to be on the 2012 ballots in Alabama.

Circuit Judge Helen Shores Lee will consider a request by Mark Kennedy, chairman of the Alabama Democratic Party, to dismiss the suit filed against him on Dec. 14 by Birmingham resident Albert E. Hendershot.

The hearing will start at 9 a.m. Jan. 9 in Lee's Birmingham courtroom.

Hendershot wants Lee to issue an injunction blocking Obama from being certified as a candidate in Alabama. His suit claims he has "staggering evidence" that Obama is using a forged birth certificate and a false Social Security number.

"Barack Hussein Obama II is not a natural born citizen and is not qualified to be on the ballot as a presidential candidate," Hendershot wrote in his suit, which he said is part of an informal effort in several Southern states to keep Obama off ballots in those states.

The original birth certificate said ONLY "Ann Dunham" as the mother.. A SINGLE mother at the time of 0bama's birth. groov539 "unham Obama" was ADDED to Barack's birth certificate. It was ORIGINALLY "Ann Dunham". The forger decided to rescript the "unham" over the existing "Dunham" so that the addition of "Obama" would be more BELIEVABLE. Think it about and it makes perfect sense. Adding only "Obama" to the end of "Ann Dunham" would be too obviously fraudulent wouldn't it... groov539 from my 13 years of experience as a digital artist. I think this certificate was printed with some sort of ink on a patterned paper. the ink faded as the time went by.  The guy who enhanced this certificate separated the faded inked text with it's original layers. Then in began to darken the layer probably just adding contrast or just did a path around the black and filled it in with black. he was sloppy but you can obviously see in box 22. i would love to see a court judge show, any of those TV court shows taking on the Obama case.

If not that create one with a real judge in a studio and post it on the web.

I don’t think there is very much love lost in either direction. Obama could be giving them a perfect tool with which they can slap him silly.

You have 4 Dependables and 5 Wobblers. Out of the 5 Wobblers, you have 3 who would tear up the Constitution and feed it to the dog. A rather low point in the Court's history, I'd say, with the Liberals still looking for payback on the Dred Scott decision.

The 4 Dependables are starting to piss me off, too. Where the hell are they? You also have to remember that the machinery of the court ... clerks and especially the employees ... in its day-to-day operations is slightly to the left of Gorbachev. They can, will, and have put the fix in on the eligibility issues.

Never forget for a moment that Washington DC is Democrat country, lock stock, and barrel. The Republicans have no voice in the machinery of government. Haven't had since the 1930's. In fact many of your favorite House and Senate members staff their offices with .... Democrats.

Now about these documents. We are simply not ever going to know exactly what the heck document the lawyer The Mombasa Chappie sent to Honolulu got from the DOH.

Suffice it to say it was not a "Certified Copy of a Birth Certificate." The DOH described it as an "Abstract of Data on File." The White House admitted as much for about the first 15 minutes.

What they haven't admitted in so many words is that they or someone took the contents of that document and rearranged them in a more presentable form (from their POV)and digitally created what the MSM obligingly accepted as a copy of the BC, and printed it on more "official" looking stock, or just put the stock pattern in their digital doc.

No big deal, any good MAC driver in any graphic arts studio or Kinko's in Anytown, USA coulda done it. And Mimi, it certainly was good enough for Government Work.

Any elected Republican official will tell you that "he was born in Hawaii." You, I, and Sheriff Joe know better. Team Obama is going to brazen this out. The heck with Superbowl. Let's see who wins this shootout!
