Fox Latin America has apologized for a poll on whether Jews killed Jesus Christ that one of its staffers put on a Facebook page promoting the National Geographic Channel's Christmas special.
The poll asked readers who they think is responsible for the death of Christ: Pontius Pilate, The Jewish People or the High Priests.

Why not blame the Italians?
The question smacks of anti-semitism. The proper understanding is everyone who seeks to cover What an absolutely Ignorant question.
shalom b'SHEM Yah'shua HaMashiach
their sins with the blood of the Lamb of G-d is guilty.
They apparently failed to supply the correct answer, which is “All Sinners, which includes all of us”.
Really doesn’t matter.
“Jesus Christ died of old age for our sins” doesn’t have quite the same ring to it.
We are all responsible.
So let me get this right... Jesus himself was was Jewish.... and supposedly the Jew killd Jesus....
I hear Pontious Pilate washed his hands of the whole ordeal afterwards and called it a suicide....
Saw it on an Episode of CSI: Jerusalem
I blame Adam and Eve. They started it all.
I blame George Bush.
Jesus died for and at the hands of sinners not any particular sinners just all of them.
To place blame is totally missing the teaching. Placing blame invokes division and animosity among brethren. It's time to lay the blame game aside and get down to the real teaching in the message given to us when Yeshua Messiah, of his own accord, gave his life in order to reunite the kingdom of YHVH.
According to Torah, Yeshua Messiah had to die in order for the kingdom that had been broken into two branches to be restored back into one branch. Yeshua’s death testified to the validity of what had been written was true. So to keep up this blame game is to spit on the testimony of YHVH’s truth. The 1st century writings bring us nothing new, what they bring us is the testimony of what had already been prophesied, was true.
John 11:49 And one of them, Caiaphas, being high priest that year, said to them, You know nothing at all, 50 nor do you consider that it is expedient for us that one man should die for the people, and not that the whole nation should perish. 51 Now this he did not say on his own authority; but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation, 52 and not for that nation only(Judah), but also that He would gather together in one the children of God who were scattered abroad(Joseph).[Jeremiah 11; Ezekiael 37; Romans 11]
Yeshua’s death was about unification, not division. The prophesy of Yeshua Messiah is not about a new covenant, it is about a renewed covenant with a better High Priest, one that never dies, but reigns for all eternity.

I hope everyone understood my humor, that the actions of some individuals should not be imparted onto others, millennia later.
Bingo!!
This question has been kept alive for centuries to do just that. Jesus made it know that no one took His life, He gave it willingly.
As a Christian, if you are "born again", you have been "grafted in" to God's family, or adopted. As a Christian, you willingly have become a Jew. If you hate Jews, you hate your family.
In the strictest sense, we, as sinners, killed Jesus with our sin. If we wouldn't live sinful lives, He wouldn't have had to give His life.
We have to know that if one person could have lived without sin, Jesus would have pointed to him/her, and said you must live like that person and He could have stayed in Heaven and would not have had to give His life for His beloved. He knew none of us were "good", no not one! Shedding blood covers sin, ergo He had to become flesh and shed His own blood or He would never have had the chance to live forever with the "apple" of His eye. It's always uplifting to know that I'm the "apple" of the Creator of the universes' eye. Even to the point He gave up His life for me. Gotta love Him!
Seek YHvH in His WORD. Very interesting Two-House theory.
shalom b'SHEM Yah'shua HaMashiach
Actually, it was Eve’s fault.
The correct answer is all three — and more. Not p.c., but true nevertheless.
I don't see it as a two house theory as some so, I see it as a broken house, PERIOD. It is no different when a family is broken, the mother and father split and often this causes division among the children because some are faithful to both parents while some completely disrespect both parents by pitting them against each other in order to gain personal gratification in getting what they want whether it is good for them or not.
IMO, this is what happened with the children of Israel when they went into the land and settled. Some respected the Father and others didn't thus YHVH gave a writ of divorce to one, but to the other who had also sinned but never forgot the Father, He did not divorce them, he merely sent them into exile(time out) for a while. [Jer 3; Jer 31; Romans 7]. According to Torah, divorce is final unless/until the husband dies. That is the “Good News”, that Yeshua died to take away the penalty of divorce. The law of divorce that kept them from entering back into the fullness of the covenant was gone, kapput, and they are now free to return and be prepared to once again his bride if they should chose to do so. There is a reason Yeshua had so many followers, they all knew Torah and knew very well about the writ of divorce that YHVH had handed down. This is the mystery spoken of, It is why Yeshua talked in parables. Because only those (the lost sheep)would understand and it was only the lost sheep that he came for.
(instructions to disciples on where to find the lost sheep) Mt 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying: Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans. 6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel
Jer 50:6 My people have been lost sheep. Their shepherds have led them astray; They have turned them away on the mountains. They have gone from mountain to hill; They have forgotten their resting place.
Psalms 119:176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep
Mt 13:10 And the disciples came and said to Him, Why do You speak to them in parables? 11 He answered and said to them, Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them(gentiles) it has not been given." [in context Mt 13; Mark 4; Luke 8]
(the woman at the well) Mt 15:24 But He answered and said, I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
It is really no mystery if one studies with discernment, that is guidance from YHVH, so that one can be shown to be approved.
2 Tim 2:14 Remind them of these things, charging them before the Lord not to strive about words to no profit, to the ruin of the hearers. 15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 16 But shun profane and idle babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness.
In the time Yeshua, the disciples and the Apostles walked, taught and preached the "Good News" to man on earth only one set of Scriptures existed, Torah and the Prophets and it is from those Scriptures that everything in the 1st century writings must be held to lest it deny Yeshua is Messiah and thus rendering the Word of God nothing but heresy. If we want definition to words, we do not need any dictionary derived from man or that of man's theologies. All we need is the Word of God that Yeshua & his followers taught & preached from and was read in the synagogues every sabbath. PERIOD.
Shalom
If certain Jews had not conspired to have the Romans crucify Him, He would have lived and in living He would not have conquered death.
If certain Jews who had defended Him would have been successful in saving him, Jesus would not have been the Savior and the Evil One would have prevailed.
And the same arguments can be recast to the Romans.
The death of Jesus had to happen.
An interesting question is how could His death have been otherwise designed if it did not involve certain Jews and Romans? If it had been Romans pursuing Him, with all Jews protecting and hiding Him, would this have made a difference?
Why was it necessary to God’s plan that certain Jews be complicit in betraying him?
It was written in the older texts that Jews would reject their Messiah. But suppose for the sake of argument it had never been written thus.
Why was it necessary that certain Jews be complicit in the His death?
Let’s suppose that all Jews were innocent of complicity in his death and that the older texts never mentioned he would be rejected and betrayed by his people. But still He had to die, but then how would it be planned?
Say for example that the Romans arrested him for associating with those causing trouble and leading to insurrection. They put Him on trial where he talked of his Kingdom, so they convicted him of conspiracy against Rome, then crucified Him.
How then would history have changed? What made it necessary that certain Jews be involved in leading to His death?
God has a plan and part of the plan was that certain Jews be complicit in the necessary death of Jesus. Why is this?
