I don't know where you buy your electronics, but my TV and VCR use infrared remote controls, not RF ones. Cell phones? Different frequency band. (You didn't address switching power supplies in your response.)

We installed remote read water meters in the system I operate. The signal put out by these things is teeny! It’s a meter that’s connected to a small transmitter mounted outside. It can be read by a guy driving down the street. It used to take me 3 days to read the meters, now it takes 3 hours. These signals are so low level, I don’t see how anyone could feel any effects from them. Except hypochondriacs, like my Sister.
