She’s right to be concerned.
40 years ago, if you bought juice, it was 100% juice.
Now, unfortunately, if you read the labels, what is called juice can be more accurately called drink, because there really isn’t any real juice that is nutritious.
All in the name of squeezing profits.

It’s amazing how long some of us have lived since we grew up on fried food, real butter - not that imitation that won’t even melt when left out -, real cream and all our canned food contained that awful sodium.
