Why would I have to defend someone elses religious beliefs?
I am a former mormon, and assure you it is a controlling cult.
Folks need to see this stuff here and now, rather than during the general on CNN.
Romney cannot win, and the very conservatives , the Christians, he is already having such trouble with will walk away in droves under this type of occult barrage.
I am old enough to remember when John Kennedy’s Catholicism was a big issue that eventually was proved insignificant. If Romney’s religious preference starts gaining a lot of negative publicity, it will probably just make me inclined to move towards him. Translation: This should not be part of the campaign!
I am a saved LDS mormon, I know all about it. Romney in the white house is more dangerous than reid in the senate !....AND he'll lose to Obama because of all this crazy stuff he'll expect US to defend.

It seems to quite a desireable thing to have, but I never heard either of them say that they’ve got one.
It appears to be REALLY useful if a MORMON has one.
Not all Christians agree. For instance, Bob Jones has taken a ver hard line against the Catholic Church, equating it with the Mormon Church as counterfeit Christianity, and both churches are referred to as cults on the BJU website.

My point was that not all Christians agree that Catholicism is truly Christian. As an example, Bob Jones puts the Catholic Church on par with the Mormon Church, classifying both as satanic.
And that is just a recent example. Go back to the 1960 election and you will find that opinion much more widespread, or at least more frequently expressed.
Rick Perry’s pastor friend believes that the Catholics and Jews are all going to hell along with the Mormons. It’s nothing but bigotry and ignorance.
Anti Mormon trash is big business - the anti Mormons have a lot at stake; they need to keep the trash going in order to sell their books, magazines, and go on speaking tours. This has been going on since Joseph Smith’s first vision.
There are no paid clergy in the LDS Church. That infuriates the anti Mormons most of all.

Taking comments out of context and presenting them as if they were LDS Gospel is very unbecoming and sneaky. You know very well that we believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is precious and sacred to us. Jesus Christ is the Great Jehovah of the Old Testament and the Savior and Redeemer of the New Testament. The Holy Ghost is my Best Friend and He ever lives to draw us closer to our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
