Christy Turlington is one of the VERY few select up there with Audrey Hepburn (I *still melt at her rendition of "I Could Have Danced All Night" in
My Fair Lady).
Here's my all-time all-stars list:
1) The Legendary Mrs. Whiskers.
(Hey, she was reading over my shoulder 5 minutes ago.)
2. Audrey Hepburn
3. (Tie) Christy Turlington / Maud Adams
4. Barbara Eden
5. Ursula Andress
6. Dahlia Lavi
7. Heidi Klum
8. Angie Everhardt (always did have a thing for redheads)
9. Cheryl Tiegs
10. Jacqueline Bisset
11. Jill St. John
12. Julie Newmar
13. Rita Hayworth
14. Gwyneth Paltrow (token known moonbat, poor man's Turlington in the right photos)
(Honorable and respectful mention. Someone from Alaska.) /thread-hijack>
Cheers!

That was Jayne Mansfield. IMDB puts her IQ at 163. Edging out Jill St. John by a ...point.
I'll have to reconsider.
Full Disclosure: Lisa Randall (Harvard theoretical physicist. 'Branes' *and* beauty.)
Cheers!

I like your list better than the “official” list.

Hot? Lisa? ... Well yeah.

But could you make pillow talk with THAT Lady? ... I'd settle for lunch and a good two hour chat.

A more beautiful funny woman than Jennifer by far-Carole Lombard. That's funny. Mrs. Whiskers and I just watched My Man Godfrey last night...
Cheers!

But could you make pillow talk with THAT Lady? Brilliant engineers and scientists do NOT spend all their time talking and thinking about engineering and science.

Here's another of those ads.
(I swear I didn't know who she was, and only found out researching on how to contact her and propose!)
To: gbs
She never seems to get her due....
She sets my standard of simply gorgeous.

I could make a million comments, but they'd
a) be inside jokes
b) probably get me banned.
Just think of quantum entanglement or Schrodinger's...Cat, and you'll be on the right track.
Cheers!

Precisely ... and that’s why I would rather have lunch and a long chat with her. Have you read her book? She miss applied the analogy of Flatland! We could start a chat there ...

She gets an honorable mention for
Lord of the Rings.
(As does, come to think of it from upthread, Mary Tyler Moore and Marlo Thomas. I'm usually not big on brunettes.)
Cheers!

To: MHGinTN
I have no problem with lunch and a long chat ...
I’m objecting to the idea that BES can’t or don’t “let their hair down” and talk about things other than engineering and science.
IOW, I don’t find the idea of pillow-talk with a brilliant (female) engineer or scientist odd.
Maybe I misread your point ...
