Everything is frosty here in upstate S.C. but the collards, kale, beets, and lettuce don’t seem to mind.

I planted my collards and brussle sprouts too late and they sprouted quickly, but have stayed at 1-2in tall. Plus, I can't find any good collards at the store. Not a good situation for a transplanted southerner raised on greens.
