Using photoshop, can a savvy Freeper assemble my "gay Obama" photos into a single, low-rez MONTAGE photo? (to go easy on our servers)

Cain is getting pounced on for made-up stuff. Meanwhile Larry Sinclaire's amazing allegations regarding fellatio & crack cocaine go completely ignored. That's unfair. Fair is fair.
Last night some radio journalists re-interviewed Larry Sinclaire regarding his story, and I must say he was WAAAAY more believable than I'd thought (when I first heard the story I simply paid it no attention).
I'm no closer to endorsing Larry Sinclaire's lifestyle than I was then, but now I do *BELIEVE* Larry Sinclaire.
I have a collection of quirky ObaMugabe photoz which, shown together in a simple montage, errr.....suggest vividly that Larry Sinclaire's claims are....to be EXPECTED.
My problem is this; the photos are higher rez than they need to be --I would like the photoz (about 15) to be collected into A SINGLE, low-rez montage photo that could be easily shared and posted in a way that does not burden FreeRepublic servers --my montage gets deleted for bandwidth reasons that I do understand. :(
The photos must...
1. Be converted to low rez
2. Mounted in one panel
3. Saved as a single photo
Do you have the PhotoShop skillz to do this? I could freepMail the photo URL's to you (tinyPhoto.com).
Try Powerpoint. Not sure which photo ed lets you do this.

They're getting to be a good, shocking collection. And HEY, they dumped alllllll over Cain, so I say fair is fair.
I want the single-photo montage to get really wide circulation --anything to keep the total memory footpring of the product WAY more manageable than this monster:

Nice work, but I emphasize with the OP.
With my photo editor, ran into the same roadblock. I want a collection of photos as one, arranged by me, to send to a print shop. You can kluge it in PowerPoint, then save as .jpg using a third party package. Resolution is lousy.
