evendently, mountain rides like this are big in this area (MIEDERS)....YT has others similar min design, the brakes look like manual...other vids show people breaking late or not at all...*smiles*

There’s “something” like this in Breckenridge, CO. Basically a concrete half-pipe that winds down the mountain (video below). They have brakes on that one... In fact, some little kid in front of me used his brakes a little too much and cramped my style. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AcYhsyeUUk

yup, that's like the one we have here at Song Mountain and you wait as looong as possible after the person in front of you starts so you don't have to slow down when you catch them... and it WILL go off if you're not careful
