Is there anything celebrities don’t know? Except that alcohol and prescription pills don’t mix?

Storyline:
Steve Brooks is a sexist and the prototype macho. Unfortunately one day he is killed by one of his girlfriends. In heaven, though, there is no place for men like him and he is sent back to earth in the body of a woman so that he can see how women are treated by men like the one he once was.

I detest her politics but I like her movies.

You forgot to mention that her husband is worth today 11 billion and she only got around 4 million- and that was from a production company they both owned.
He was also a serial adulterer thrice divorced.
He was also about 20- 30 years older than she.
She deserved what she got for putting up with the old fart.
(Again, don’t agree with her politics, but have to be fair.)

Ellen Barkin has been married to both Gabriel Bryne and Ron Perlman. She received millions in jewelry from Perlman in the divorce, but that marriage was quite an odd one.
She has a smoldering sex appeal and is quite a decent actress.
It’s a shame when people in the entertainment industry decide to open up their mouths and alienate half their audience. But then again, they are just people who put on makeup, read words that other people wrote, and pretend to be someone else.
Oh well, such is life.

Some women are fortunate to have good genes, and apparently she is one of them.
Late to this thread, but wanted to add: She only signed up on twitter within the last few weeks. I looked at her TL when she first started tweeting, and she was drunk-rambling with nearly every tweet having the ‘f’ word in it, often more than once.
She was loving how so many people were her “friends”, instantly.
You just know a lot of hollywood types wouldn’t be happy with fans lecturing them on how to “act”. Tired of being lectured by them on how to think.
