A year and a half ago I would have envisioned a Lazmataz candidacy.

The predictable NYT story:

"Two women have come forward to say they have NOT been sexually harassed by Laz."

"No, DeMint would never join Romney IMHO."

He endorsed him in 2008. The only consistency about Romney is that he is a RINO and a flip flopper to boot. I will stay home if he is the nominee.

THANK YOU...THANK YOU... s/ Barack Obama

The empire built on debt of cards will collapse under Romney or Barack. Neither has the hutzpah to cut spending drastically.

I would rather blame go to democrats for the collapse than a RINO republican.

You are probably half-kidding but

We had elections during the civil war.

And they are run by the states, Obama has no direct control over them.

0% chance.

Yup.

No way they could stop the elections.

Multiple states would declare secession within a week.
And I think the military would not interfere.

1)CAIN and..... Despite the amount of suggestions for Gingrich I don’t see that happening with Newt’s baggage. I will guess DeMint.

2)Replacing Biden would be intelligent of Obama but he lacks the bold thinking and balls to do so. Obama/Biden

3)R slight gain.

4)R 54-46

5)Rosie O’Donnell dead in apparent suicide

6)Jay Nixon loses (Missouri Governor).

I have one modification to make

Only one thing wrong with what you said. Cain will be the FIRST black POTUS. Obama is only half black and on top or that a half-wit.

Prediction 2012 Presidential Race

As all political junkies, we are all following what’s going on in the Republican Party. Also the left’s attempt to do what the Tea Party did in 2010, with the Occupied Wall Street hypocrisy.

We all know that the Democratic Party and its leftist sympathizers cannot stand on their accomplishments for they have been rejected by the right of center American people. What struck me last night in the debate between Herman Cain and Newt Gingrich was the fact that conservative viewpoint is on the ascendancy. People like Rush Limbaugh and others have finally made significant inroads in establishing a coherent right of center agenda. I strongly believe that the minions on the left know they are losing the war of ideas, for them it’s now or never kind of thinking.

This gets me to my prediction for the 2012 race, Rush Limbaugh eluted to it several months back when he said the OWS crowd was rehearsing for next year. I believe all political events for the Republican party’s nominee in the 2012 election cycle will be dogged with violent protests based upon the OWS model. The purpose of this shenanigans is to disrupt the event, tamper down attendance participation by supporters and make the story about fat greedy capitalism. The lame stream media working as shills of the Democratic Party will wholeheartedly fall behind such a campaign. Campaigns on the Republican side will have to spend large sums of money protecting their candidates, from rule of the mob. This I believe is being orchestrated and put together by Axelrod and his cohorts. Revolution is the goal, destroying our founding fathers model and weaving hatred and discontent amongst different segments of our population.

That’s my prediction I think it will fail if tried, more than ever I’m convinced that the left needs to destroy the process of election to impose a conformity of its ideals. Time will tell if what I’m saying is right but I’m putting it out there as a warning.

I don’t trust Romney to do anything. He has flopped 180 degrees on so many core issues such as right to life, 2nd amendment, campaign finance, immigration, gay rights, etc.

IMHO the country needs a statesman and leader, not a flip-flopping politician. Romney’s tax plan is tinkering around the edges of current plan. That is not going to cut it. A very serious change is required. Romney does not have the spine, based on his past record, to accomplish that task.

But I will concede Romney will not be as disastrous as president Zero, just a distant 2nd.
