What we need is an EASY Button. Every day, especialy early morning, we are invaded by trolls, especialy on the local boards who's only purpose is to sign up and disrupt. Even though we FReepmail the mods about them sometimes it takes hours to get them removed. Teddy WAlmat and the many variations of thet name and many other. It would be nice to have an alarm button where we could just flush these guys down the old tube in short order.

Saving this thread to report our next troll by pushing “abuse”.

MUCH quicker response.

If you want immediate attention, click ‘Report Abuse.’ Mods generally do not sit around waiting for mail to hit the inbox.

“Actually we should be able to out debate them.

We can’t have a system where everyone can just go around pushing a button on anything they don’t like.”

AMEN!!!!

(PS I always love your pics) ;-)

Cicci: No. We called it the Corleone Family, Senator. We called it the Family.
Chairman: What was your position?
Cicci: At first, like everybody else I...I was a soldier. Chairman: What is that?
Cicci: A button, you know, Senator, come on.
Chairman: No, I don't know. Tell me.
Cicci: Well, when the boss says push a button on a guy, I push a button. See, Senator?

I know I’ll regret this, but here goes. Been a FReeper since 1989. What state boards? Never knew we had state boards.

Every state has a state or local board. The Texas board is very active with not only politcal discussion but alot of social also. During the summer fires many of the locals could post first hand info of what was going on. Lots of local politics come into discussion.

Oh my gosh yes!!! We had one on the Ohio board this week and I have one PMing me about the Tea Party. Both have been reported. This mornings PM’er has yet to be dealt with.

On the Ohio side I am concerned as we have a huge election issue battle going on and Van Jones is going to be here this weekend/week. So I am expecting lots of trolls to the Ohio board and ping lists.
