I'm aware of the existence of "Cruise Books", but they're rare as few copies are printed up. As a result, people are asking too high prices for their copies and the Navy has their library filled with them, but in washington dc.

There are online sites for the ships. I’d post a note on those. Generally the crew members who signed up on the sites are noted by the dates they served on board.
Some of the cruise books for the ship I served on, which is not one of the ones you are interested in, were put on CD.
