Tim Tebow was Tebowed in one of the more memorable moments in taunting history.
In a act that surely will be talked about across the country for a while, Detroits Stephen Tulloch sacked Tim Tebow and then got down on one knee in front of the Denver quarterback.

It seems you are dense, but first impressions are not always correct.
It seems there may be global warming, but once all the false data is purged, temperatures haven't risen in 10 years.
It seems her eyes are blue, but up close they are green.
It seems like it's snowing, but it is sleeting.
Not a good thing to assume, but we all do it.
He has already spent more of his life in service to others than I ever will - and yes, I know, good works in and of themselves don't mean a whole lot.
Research the origin and Tebow's reaction and I think you will feel a whole lot better about it. The Twitter feed is not the whole story.
As for me, I will continue to pray, but I understand that you may choose to tebow.
As for Tim Tebow, he did not seem to be bothered that opposing players Tebowed next to him after he had been sacked seven times in one game.
Instead, Tebow is likely concerned about developing his QB skills as if he continues to play in this manner he will be benched or knocked out of a game due to injury.
No one is questioning his sincerity, but he has to recognize that he has become a very visible representative of Christianity and has accepted that responsibility.
With all the praise he has received for his achievements it is very easy to lose one's humility.
He didn’t make it up, and it is ‘o’ as in low. not cow. It is the stance, not the action. You truly are stupid if you think Tebow supports mocking God. He is OK with being mocked for those who assume the position for other reasons.
There has always been a media circus around him. Don't you recall the pro life Super Bowl ad 2 years ago in which the content was of Tebow and his mother? He wrote a book that came out 6 months ago or thereabouts.
He has been targeted and praised for 6 years. He has a much better grip on his fame and how he comports himself than people twice his age. He is firmly grounded.
Trust me, he has not lost his humility. It is apparent you really don't know the whole background story of Tebowing and are unaware of his public comments and his interaction with people in the last week. In a story in which there have been many thousands of words written and spoken about it, you take one Twitter comment and assume that is the whole deal. It is not.
There are many Christians in the NFL of good character. Tebow is, IMHO, the one who makes the most show of it.
First, it happened one time.
Second, you are suggesting you can read his mind and know exactly what he is thinking.
Third, what did you want him to do about it? Stop the game, grab the microphone and demand an apology or act like an adult? The other player talked to him after the series of downs and told Tebow that he was not making fun of him and Tebow took him at his word.
You seem very prone to wanting Tebow to have a drama queen response and that would not have been a very good response. Tebow handled it perfectly. Tebow accepted his response and let God defend him if need be.
We are called to let God defend us. We should not defend ourselves and let God handle it for a number of reasons. This is what you saw in action.
Tebow does not need your support, your affirmation or anything of the sort - and Tebow is not asking for it. All of this is between Tebow and God. Don't judge so readily.
And that is part of the problem, he has been overexposed.
Tebow needs to remember what the Bible says,
1Th 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
Tebow needs to learn that there is a fine line between determination and just being stubborn.
You really are in no position to tell Tebow what to do because you don't know Tebow and aren't involved with him. Let it go.
He is a public person and will be judged as such.
And it is his fanatical followers, such as yourself, who are doing him more harm then good by trying to whitewash his behaviour.
You're not the sharpest tool in the shed if you can't distinguish between someone sincerely thanking God in prayer and a taunt that mocks someone that prays.
As for taunting, all taunting should be considered a penalty.
You're brain dead if you can't figure Tulloch was mocking Tebow and not praying. It's not hard for anyone to figure sincere prayer from taunting.
"Praying" in someone's face is taunt. At least you could show some intellectual honesty and admit that.
“You’re not the sharpest tool in the shed if you can’t distinguish between someone sincerely thanking God in prayer and a taunt that mocks someone that prays.”
Whether the players call it praying or Tebowing, it is not up to me to determine who is legitimacy addressing their higher power.
“As for taunting, all taunting should be considered a penalty.”
If that were the case, every play in the NFL would end in a penalty.
It wasn’t in his face, it was near him. And Tebow said he thought it was funny. Get over it.
Tulloch was Tebowing and Tebow has encouraged other players to Tebow.
He was one of the great college quarterbacks of all-time and has tremendous athleticism so ridiculous to claim he wasn't worthy of a late first round pick. Most draft experts had him going no later than the second round.
It is idiotic to judge a quarterback's career after starting five games. Hall of Famer Troy Aiken was pitiful his first year in the NFL.
And, it is really the ratings not allowing the NFL to become the equivalent of the WWE? Actually, the ratings are higher than ever.
Athletes are role models and it isn't good for kids to see professional players acting act like idiots.
The rule among journalists should be to treat him no different Blaine Gabbert or Colt McCoy, both of which have been equally bad or worse than Tebow.
Yet, Tebow is attacked far more viciously than other similar struggling young quarterbacks. I have no doubt that is because he is a strong Christian and/or because some resent his popularity.
