I actually left some sticky honeycomb in a bucket in the garage and forgot about it for a couple of weeks. In the heat, the honey had begun to ferment and it spelled fantastic!!! I may try mead some day, but I'd be glad to send some honey over so that you can get that beer created, now that you are your own micro brewery. :)
