The arrest of Chris Cook put the Vikings at 36 arrests since 2000, one more than the Cincinnati Bengals, according to information compiled by SignOnSanDiego.com and thedeets.com. Six Vikings have been arrested in the past nine months. It's a good thing Vikings owner Zygi Wilf instituted that Code of Conduct after the Love Boat incident or it could be even worse, right?

Who did Cook slap around ?
Is someone taking odds on this stuff yet?
Who Dey.
They can start the LA riots for all I care.
As long as they are NOT here. We don’t have the money, nor should we be building them a stadium. But yet, we are wasting our time on it because we did it for the twins.
All we here about from the ESPN and FOX Sportscasters is about the “controversy” surrounding Denver rookie qback Tebow and his affinity for being an unabashed Christian.
Get a pass if you shoot yourself in the leg, beat the crap out of your wife or get nailed DUI or with illegal substances but whatever you do don’t talk about your faith.
Sh^t, the Bengals can’t even win in arrests, very sad.
I always say, if you want to know the Bengals lineup on any Sunday you have to wait for Cincinnati Jail to publish their work release list on Friday.
IIRC, his wife again.
Really? I don’t follow the Vikings, but I am a Bengals fan and NFL fan, and I haven’t heard about their history of arrests. The Bengals are the one that the media talks about and football fans snark on (rightly so), but it seems the Vikings should get it is as bad or worse.
I don’t follow football usually. But on Monday I happened upon some article about Tim Tebow and the Brocos winning their game. Being in Florida, I know who Tebow is. I’m not a Gator, but have plenty of friends who are.
The comments after the article were filled with hate toward Tebow, and such derision. I told my husband I can’t figure that out. A heck of a lot of NFL players are “thugs” and yet no one seems to throw such vitriol at them. I guess it’s because Tebow is an outspoken Christian...didn’t Jesus say they’ll hate you because they hate me...I imagine that’s what’s going on in Tebow’s case because the hatespeak aimed at him doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.
You know, the Bengals are currently 4-2. So, I’m not complaining right now...
