A lot of different reports out there. One interesting one I saw said he was wounded in the legs and captured, but died of a shot to the head.

I think the Obama people are expecting a huge bump in the polls off of this, something he’s hoping he can keep up and stable until Nov 2012. In other words, he’s hoping this will revitalize his campaign... except no one really cares. It’s hard to get support from Americans for this when none of them (including members of Congress) have any idea or were given any justification whatsoever for Obama’s illegal war there. Yet another failure by the president who yesterday was telling Jake Tappert just how amazing he is as president.
That would be very interesting to see. This little war was a chance for France to market its Rafale jet and England to protect its oil platforms off Libya. We had little or no skin in this game. Why does any care if an nut job leader of a piss ant country is killed by radicals that Obama will want to give billions too while we suffer at home? Other than those who lost family in Lockerbie who cares if Gaddafi is dead?
