Over the past month, the crusaders at Zuccotti Park have braved the elements, tussled with police, and stood their ground against Mayor Bloomberg. But how much do the protesters actually know about the economic system that they're fighting to change? To find out, we asked 50 occupiers a series of questions about Wall Street, taxes, and government. The results were mixed. See if you can do better.
I’m not there; therefore, I must be smarter.
Sun is up.
Nine for nine, BTW, but then I'm a FReeper.
And they will all finally reach a consensus via a wired chant on why life is not fair. It may take a few years for a coherent answer though.
99% of all ass-clowns standing on a street corner bemoaning their lack of other people’s wealth. What a hoot.
For most of these people, joining the Occupy Wall Street movement means they’ve stopped occupying their parents’ spare bedroom. For thousands of parents around the country, this is the best thing that ever happened and they’re hoping that this movement lasts at least until dad can pack up their junk and make a truck run to the landfill. It won’t get their maxed-out student loans paid, but you can’t have everything.(Bonus: mom and dad co-signed and their little snowflake hasn’t paid a dime since dropout/graduation, so they’re stuck paying it because they don’t want to lose their house.)
My BEAGLE is smarter than a Wall Street Occupier. And beagles are not known as the smartest of dogs.
Yes. I’m also cleaner.
LOL excellent post :)

I got them all correct as well. Not counting the one opinion question.
I got them all, and I count the opinion question. Did you notice the percent of idiots who actually believe we spend more on military than anything else? Results of years of brain washing in public schools and institutions of higher learning.
Missed one...
Incredibly stupid, aren’t they. And that’s why they can be used.
94% believe the largest amount of money in the budget goes to the military! So when they are out there crying for more money to be taken from the military and put into “feeding children”, they are tragically misinformed.
Also, almost all of them think millionaires pay far less in taxes than they do - a huge swatch really DO think they pay “nothing in taxes”! (MSM, you’ve done your job well - today’s young people live in an ignorance that would shock people of a hundred years ago!)
And there was a chunk that believed capital gains should be taxed at 100% - I wonder why they think people would buy anything at all, if that was so. Can you imagine telling one of these kids if he sells anything large at a profit in the future he should turn the entire profit over to the government? I’d bet anything you’d get a deer in the headlights look - “Is that what ‘capital gains’ is?”
“Are You Smarter Than a Wall Street Occupier?”
My toilet plunger is smarter than a Wall Street Occupier. And smells better.
My wife’s cats are smarter than the Wall Street occupiers. They know enough not to sleep outdoors in October.
Ping for later. Bet I get 90 percent or better.
I missed the top marginal rate (thought it was 39%). Maybe it is because I’ve heard way too many donkey apparatchik sound clips saying “restore the top marginal tax rate of 39% (like when we had the Cold War dividend and Clinton happen to be in office)”.
*hangs head in FR shame*
