I am looking to talk to anyone who is or has tried to subscribe to GBTV with Wildblue satellite internet connection? Is it fast enough for on demand viewing?
I am unable to get cable or DSL at my location. My Sprint modem has usage limitations so I cannot watch GBTV with it.
My only alternative is satellite --- but I don't know if it can handle it.
If anyone has any knowledge that could help, please do.
Thanks.

It might be possible, but at a maximum of 1.5 mb download, nothing to brag about. Do they offer a trial period?
You can download the radio program from the audio archive in mp3 format, even over dial up, then listen to it using windows media player.

I have Sierra aircard. I live out in the woods/sticks. Can’t do.
I catch Beck when I can on Sirius Patriot in the vehicle.

Do you know of anyone local to you who has signed up? If so, would they consider coming over to sign on to GBTV using their login to see if it OK?
One thing to consider, about a half hour from the time the show has ended, it is already up on the site available to stream. I don’t know if it would work any better but at least you could try seeing how that works.

Welcome n00b
If you cant get Glenn Beck you havent missed much...
You dont need sattelite or cable to listen to Rush, Sean, Mark Levin...

I get it from my ROKU. It's been as good show so far. Its obvious he given more freedom to do what he wants on his own network than he did on FOX. My 10 year old loves the Liberty Treehouse which is geared for kids and tweens.

Glenn Becks predictions of the nation wide protest has been phenomenal, and his knowledge of who is behind it all has been spot on. Not saying he is some sort of prophetic gift or anything, but unlike other conservative pundits, he doesnt wear blinders. I just hope he is wrong about what is coming next.

Satellite fails for digital content streaming due to the extremely latency :/

Yes, I have Wildblue and I subscribed to GBTV and so far having a great deal of difficulty watching his daily show. Talked to their tech support and they said unclick the hardware acceleration. That didn't seem to help. Anyone have any other ideas? Another video player that can play the shows? I don't think you can download his daily show, but I'll check. Thanks ahead of time to any responders.
