Not the same actress, I think. Here is a still of Diane Cilento in
Tom Jones. Very Mediterranean and very sexy actress (and very good ... she won an Oscar for this part).

I mainly remember her for The Agony and the Ecstasy with Charlton Heston.
The Agony was Heston as Michelangelo trying to finish the Sistene Chapel before the Pope's money and the audience's patience runs out. The Ecstatic element was somewhat slighted.
