What the heck is that? It looks like a “bulked up” Chihuahua on steroids.
I saw that posted a coupla years ago, it was a Whippet dog (similar to a Greyhound) that had a gene malfunction allowing its muscles to grow uncontrolled from puppyhood! Sweet dog, but visually SCARY.

It’s a whippet they injected with a myostatin inhibitor.
“Myostatin” is a subtance that tells muscles to stop growing. Without it, we would have historically starved to death.
It’s a duchaines musclular dystrophy drug.
It has already found its way into the black market, as it has all the benefits of anabolic steroids without the suppressive factors.
(Knowledge like this is the advantage of lifting heavy with an endocrinolgist who also happens to be an amtuer bodybuilder. In my misspent youth, I would have totally abused that drug.)
