Did anybody else see Hank Jr. compare Obama to Hitler (or something like that) on Fox and Friends this Morning? I can't find any footage or stories on it - probablly still too early. I didn't see it as I was in the other room and overheard it. Gretchin Carlson appologized for his statement after the interview and said that Fox did not endorse it. It cracked me up. I'd really love a Youtube clip if anyone can find one.
You are probably right about Lady Gaga singing the theme. I’m still wondering why SNF has Faith Hill singing its theme song. Pretty lady and no doubt talented. But, what exactly is her connection to the male-dominated world of smash-mouth football?

I hope you are wrong, unless everyone who’s paying the hate-speakers on the Left also fire them. The vicious, horrible things said of everyone from Sarah Palin to Dick Cheney should be equally offensive to these delicate flowers in the media—and on Free Republic, apparently.

And no one seemed to have a problem calling Bush a Nazi or Hitler or drawing Bush with a Hitler mustache

More evidence that they’ve been told point-blank that their careers and lives depend on them not being critical of Obama.
It’s been a while since I looked at it, but I looked at Media Matters’ responses to how Fox dealt with those who have questioned Obama’s eligibility; even if Fox slobbered all over themselves to smear people with questions and slavishly gave all the “right” disclaimers when responding to Trump (for instance), Media Matters claimed that that Fox was never vocal enough in denouncing the issue. It’s like Media Matters is the “minder” who always rides Fox to let them know that the mafia is just a step behind them and watching their every move.
Seems like Ailes has gone into full bend-over mode for Obama now. Disgusting. That’s probably what Glenn Beck was responding to in creating a media outlet that he says will allow the truth to come out, even when there are “sacred cows” trying to block it.
I’m disgusted with ESPN and Fox both now, as well as the usual suspects who are slavish dhimmis. Knowing what they are about ruins everything they touch.
It was hard enough watching the Huskers get whipped by a really good Wisconsin football team Saturday (congrats to all the Wisconsin fans; your team played very well!). But having to see it on ESPN made it even worse. I already was disgusted with ESPN for their bowing to Obama and silencing anybody who didn’t agree, and with blocking other Husker games from being seen by people who had subscribed to particular cable bundles expressly to see the Husker games. And then in the Wisconsin game ESPN didn’t show replays so we could examine the penalty calls or calls being reviewed, didn’t explain the strategies and tactics that were going on in the field, etc. It was like they were just too lazy to do anything cerebral about the game, just wanted to blow hard about how great this was or how awful that was. Like it was all mindless blather about opinions and nothing factual or intelligent about the actual game being played. Characteristic of what all the media people have become in their politics, and that laziness filters into how they do other things too.
As Popeye would say, I am disgustipated.

Tell that to the people in Mexico and our southern states slaughtered by drug cartels deliberately armed by this administration. Is being disembowelled and hung from a bridge any better than being gassed? Having your decapitated head stuck in a bag with a bunch of others?
I’m not trying to diminish the horror of the Holocaust (and I agree with your desire that we recognize the full horror of the Holocaust), but I believe we are dealing with people every bit as capable of murder on that level as Hitler ever was. Obama’s administration and Hitler’s administration both grew from the eugenics acorn. The people that Obama has “pal-ed around with” have contemplated how to exterminate 15 million people that they figured would resist “re-education”. They have said it is fine to put sterilants and abortifacients in the drinking water without telling anybody - all because the end justifies the means. They have used similar violent means to get control of the media and make it a propaganda arm of the regime. They have taken control of law enforcement and used it against political enemies rather than to enforce the actual laws.
There are SO many similarities, and by making it taboo to talk about those similarities we are cuffing and gagging our own selves so we can be marched to the same gas chambers as the German nation went through before. Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Yes, some comparisons are overkill. But to cut out the memory of Hitler and insist that nobody can compare today with what happened during that timeframe is downright dangerous censorship of thought.

They don’t have any idea how embarrassing it is for them to have a guest on from our side who gives an opinion.
Many times the dem refuses to come on FOX, so they have their host argue for the dems who refuse to come on and debate.
It is actually quite unfair and unbalanced because it is supposedly fair and balanced.
With FOX, I think it is always better for an entity to have an opinion(like Pro America) rather than no opinion.
I can’t see marxism as an American idea, and to have it treated in the news as an everyday thing as though what is happening is “politics as usual”, has always blown my mind.

It was so worth watching to see those looks of horror on their faces. Goof Brian must have had someone screaming in his ear to change the subject because he was almost out of his chair looking away from the camera.
The comedy was priceless.
