So far today, I'm doing OK
I have not been angry
I have not complained
I have not hissed or clawed anyone
I have not been selfish.
Nor have I ignored anyone.
I have not eaten anyhthing I shouldn't
And my paws have not trodden
into Forbidden territory.
But soon, I'll be getting out of bed...
It is THEN that I will really need your help!

this is a darling photo, my two neutered female cats and 8.5 lb miniature neutered poodle do this very thing. It is sweet and humorous at the same time.
I am surprised the dog does not warm up more. He likes them and is comfortable around them and tries to ‘hump’ them now and then, but he is cool otherwise. They all lie in the sun coming through the windows, etc.
He will jump to protect them or maybe it is simply the male cat I have does not have run of the house and he scares the two females, when he is allowed in to the main areas, the poodle is on to the rescue immediately after the male cat. The females are declawed, (would never do that again) still it allows them pretty much to have free run of the house and the 2 males with claws ... not so.
