We pray oh, Lord, Father of us all that you will remove this cancer from our dear, dear, friend. Earthly doctors may give up, but we know YOU are the most powerful physician in the universe and nothing is beyond Your power. In the name of Your Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen.

There Is Going To Be A Meeting In The Air

Just wanted you to know I have not forgotten about you, just dealing with the spine from hades and a torn rotator cuff. That is crimping my computer time.

Hope your pain is better by now, Gail.

Thank you, Mayor.

Today's lesson reminds me of the song we learned as children ....

"This Little Light of Mine".

Try picking one up with a torn rotator cuff to give the very smelly baby a bath! By the time I got both of them done, I had to have a nap.

Found out that Old Spice Sports men’s body wash will keep them smelling nice for at least 2 weeks vs the 3 days with doggy shampoo. And got the dandruff on the fat boy too.

Hair cut is next, he is good about it, except for his feet. I bought one of those professional clippers, $80 bucks, and worth every penny I saved by doing 2 dogs myself...was shelling out $40 for each every time I took them in. I just skin them down to kennel cuts.

Pain will be there until I am called home, I’ve lived with it 20 years now, and just keep getting new ones to add to the original. Fibromyalgia is NOT for sissy’s, especially ones who are allergic to all their drugs.

PC doc put me on Welchol to bring my LDL down, it was NOT supposed to bother muscles, Yeah, well it DOES, read the fine print....5 days later bad gout symptoms set in...stopped taking it, they went away.

MRI on Monday.

The Eagle and the Wolf

There is a great battle that rages inside me.

One side is the soaring eagle.
Everything the eagle stands for
is good and true and beautiful,
and it soars above the clouds.
Even though it dips down into the valleys,
it lays its eggs on the mountaintops.

The other side of me is the howling wolf.
And that raging, howling wolf
represents the worst that's in me.
He eats upon my downfalls
and justifies himself
by his presence in the pack.

Who wins this great battle?

The one I feed.

-unknown

WISE WORDS FROM MY FIRST NATION NATIVE ANCESTORS!

A woman was driving through the Arizona Desert when she saw a lone elderly Navajo woman walking by the side of the road. Since she had two cases of Bud Lite on the read seat, she stopped and invited the Woman to sit in front with her for a lift into town.

After miles of inscrutable silence, The woman finally spoke; Looking behind her to the rear seat she said,”MUCH BEER.”

Embarrassed by the large quantity of beer on the back seat, the driver answered, “I got it for my husband.”

What seemed to be an eternity of silence followed, until finally the Navojo Woman said, with the wisdom of her People,

“Good Trade.”

Happy Thursday, Teenie.

Kinda cold this morning. Instead of closing the windows, I went back to bed for an hour. We got .6 rain yesterday. I really enjoyed it.

WE are taking Marissa to get her Halloween costume after school. She has really been pestering me.

That little wolf looks so soft and cuddly. Thank you.

Happy Thursday, Jaycee. Beautiful wolves. Thank you.

Like you, I have a busy day ahead.

I’m trying to get another couple of boxes mailed to our troops but they will probably have to wait until tomorrow.

Wishing you a wonderful day.
