That's my guess. As I said in my response at the other thread, she is giving an hour-long speech before a world economic forum (most of the other speakers only have 30 to 40 minutes), she is at the top of the list after the introduction, and (unlike Obama) she does not want it seen as a political campaign speech (though after she announces it will be considered as such).
The 30% who respond that their opinion of Palin has recently improved is quite encouraging. Seems "The Undefeated" is having the expected effect.
