Cain is just getting warmed up. How is Romney going to defend Romneycare to the face of a man who would have died under government healthcare! He is TOAST!

"Cain can win. He, Palin, or Christie are the only ones who stand a chance against all these [media] forces."

While the rationale is sound on its face, fully two-thirds of it is pure conjecture. Which is to say that, of the three, Cain, Christie, and Palin, only one has been tested in a media crucible as hot as it can get and come through smiling, winning, and leading without breaking a sweat.

And that is Sarah Palin. Whether Cain could function with total control and clear thinking under that kind of highly pressurized scrutiny remains to be seen, while Christie has already exhibited leaks around the gaskets when pressed by the media. His proclivity for getting P.O.'ed and firing back in anger is not only unstatesmanlike, but it displays a lack of the level of self-control which keeps an elected leader in control when the heat gets turned up.

Palin's the only one who is as battle tested as is humanly possible, thoroughly vetted from here to August 2008, and still on top of her game with popularity swelling as more and more patriots watch the truth of her amazing accomplishments in half a term as Governor during which time she also ran for VP and had a baby.

Some of those tests I'd confidently wager neither Cain nor Christie could pass...

LMAO!!

The debates have hurt Perry badly. Now Palin is looking like she is hiding from them. I know she can hold her own in most debates, but she needs to get in and prove it. If she waits much longer we are looking at Pres Obama or Romney. I hope Cain can prove me wrong.

and without people like Christie being strong fiscal conservatives, the right to bear arms is meaningless...illegal immigration is meaningless....and all the other stuff...

we've got to get our country under fiscal control and we need strong people to do it....

Romney front runner by default? No, he is the front runner in the MSM’s minds, but not for people who actually vote.

Who picked the Republican nominee last election? The MSM. With a little help from the wack-o "independent voters" - AKA - Libs that crossed party lines to sabotage the Republican ticket. If it hadn't been for Sarah, McLame would have received less than 30% of the popular vote - and would have been lucky to carry half the states he did.

Cain will never get more that 15-20% of the vote. He's better than Wrongney, Chrissy and Perianal, but he's just not presidential material. The country will never get behind his bid. Nor should it.

2012 belongs to Palin, and has since August of 2008. And only the most stubborn refuse to admit it.

Kasich in Ohio and Daniels in Indiana know where to cut to the bone ~ they'd probably say pretty much the same thing as Caine.

And don't forget the Rookie of the Year Scott Walker of Wisconsin!

Palin will have plenty of time to debate once she gets in. She has also bided her time building some momentum in the polls. Some people just have a great sense political timing. Palin seems to be one of them.

In all 3 debates he looked physically uncomfortable, especially after standing for awhile. I know from my own experience that standing is harder on the back than walking.

I think that Cain, without Palin (God I hope not!),may be formidable. The problem is that one-on-one, Romney’s cash will defeat him. He has never won an election, and since there has been little pressure on him thus far, we have no idea whether he’s susceptible to cracking. We KNOW that no one can crack Gov. Palin. For me, it’s looking more and more like she will be the nominee, and next President, if she runs. Bob

He's only started on this. Kasich and Daniels definitely cleaned house with the state employees ~ next, Right To Work Laws throughout the Midwest!

The Commies have no intention of giving up Wisconsin.

Palin is still not an announced candidate so whatever she will do is strictly hypothetical.

Are you SERIOUS?

You are talking about a man who grew up in segregated South, who LIVED the civil rights era and all that entailed.

Who worked his way up in companies against the odds.

Who came out as a conservative against an avalanche of opposition - do you have any idea how hard it was to be a black conservative decades ago (from both sides)

Who beat cancer, against the odds.

Who hosted a radio show and received so much hate mail and hate calls he started keeping a long list on his studio walls.

Who had to go everywhere with security before he ever announced his run.

You have not been following him, he has been verbally attacked, slandered, and has threats on every side, including those who should be on his side, the media just does not publicize this like they did Palin.

How dare you suggest this man is “not up to snuff”. I would never suggest that of YOUR candidate. He was fighting these battles while Palin was still in high school.

Palin has had her hard knocks, but she also has had several out there who regularly defend her. Herman gets attacked from every corner, from every group except (it appears) Bachmann supporters.

Sorry, my post is not meant to you but to everyone here who is suggesting that Cain is somehow weak and untried!

Cain needs to promote his resume more, because his business experience blows Romney out of the water, and Romney’s claim to fame is budgets and economics. Cain trumps him handily.
