Just think, if she had had her camera man along to film it they could have claimed it was for a porn film, and the $20.00 was her pay for the film.

After all, prostitution is illegal but porn film making is ok!

(Scratching my head {no, not THAT one} trying to figure this out)

IIRC, porn can be prosecuted under obscenity statutes, but rarely is. I do seem to recall that under the Clinton DOJ there were exactly zero adult porn prosecutions, which emboldened the industry greatly.
