IIRC, porn can be prosecuted under obscenity statutes, but rarely is. I do seem to recall that under the Clinton DOJ there were exactly zero adult porn prosecutions, which emboldened the industry greatly.

There’s something about this story that won’t stand up.

How could a policeman “trick” a prostitute with a fake penis? It would be about like a prostitute disarming a policeman with a fake gun. Possible, though unlikely unless the policeman is a highly skilled specialist in fake penises.

A female prostitute is pretty much an expert in the subject matter, not easily fooled.

And the opposum running into the street at the climactic moment? Hardly credible.

I think we’ll soon find out there’d much more to this story.
