Following through on its pledge to create a more modern, diverse DC Universe with the New 52, DC Comics will introduce a gay teenage superhero in Teen Titans.
Series artist Brett Booth has revealed that Bunker will debut in Novembers Issue 3 hes referred to as The Wall in the solicitation text where hes depicted as an openly gay teen from Mexico who can create small force fields that look like bricks. The character, whom the artist describes as happy, fun-loving, appears in the background in the cover of the first issue and again, more prominently, on the one for Issue 3.

Gay GI Joe! (With new, improved Kung Fu grip!)
Really, this is nothing new. In the 70s it was all about having a black mainstream superhero. So we got Luke Cage and The Falcon and the Black Panther, and some black guy who suddenly was Green Lantern. And they all spoke with "relevant" language like "now look, foxy mama!" and "You dig me?!". So authentic, such street cred!
But alas, none of it stuck because it was just a gimmick and everyone knew it. It only worked when they finally stopped being so darned obvious that all they wanted was someone black, anyone black!
Gay is the new black in comics. Everyone needs to be gay now. And for the prize, apparently in a new comic Spider Man will be black AND gay! If they made him a woman too they could really cover all the bases!
"His special power is farting glitter"
Hey, that's my
schtick.
Well, sort of anyway...
But other than that, I guess I'm going full Marvel Comics from now on.
Don’t worry there is a Gloryhole in the wall.
Looks to me he was patterned after “The Won” (well, they had to add muscles).
I never bought comic books for the past 3 years. You can actually download them as scans on the web. Lots of scanlators like Noads, Minutemen, Oroboros who just thought that these lib jackholes should push their lib agenda and we pay for it..hilarious.
And I’ve read about Archie comics now promoting fagdom. Placemark.
