I love the smell of gun powder in the early afternoon after one “interrupts” a burglary at their residence.

"The gunshot victim was not identified."
Will he be interred in The Tomb of the Unknown Burglar in Detroit?

This is the second firefighter in Saginaw whose home has been broken into while they were either home or came home.. The first one finally beat the intruder to death.

Charge the homeowner with a crime! No, A HATE CRIME! The burgler was just wanted to have nice stuff that wasn't his because he didn't have any and its Bush's fault and society's fault and YOUR fault that he was so underprivileged that he needed to resort to B&Eing because he deserved a better life and he probably has a wife and kid and two dogs and 7 cats and 5-and-a-galf gerbels at home!
Or something like that...

I’ll go out on a limb and say that this guy won rob any more houses. It’s amazing how influential a .45 will have in the retirement of a criminal.

Didn't thieves used to stake out potential "revenue sources" prior to collecting just so this sort of thing wouldn't happen ??
Are criminals getting more stupid or just desperate?

"The gunshot victim was not identified." Fearless Forecast. When he is identified, they will find that the perp was:
1) out on parole
2) was out on parole because he plea-bargained his last charge to a shorter sentence
3) has a record as long as your arm
4) all of the above
