You know, genetics are a weird thing. I do a lot of traveling on business, and I have seen people in different cites and communities who are almost carbon copies of certain friends, family members, and colleagues.

Once while at Penn Station in NYC, I saw a girl who looked EXACTLY like one my my co-workers at our office. I actually walked up to her and was going to ask her what she was doing in NYC before I suddenly realized that it was a different gal.

I doubt that the old Civil War-era photograph depicted represents his great, great grandfather.

Cage's real name is Nicolas Kim Coppola. He's of Italian and German immigrant forbearers in the great, great category.

His uncle is director Frances Ford Coppola and he is nephew to actress Talia Shire of "Rocky" fame.

Now if one of his ancestors were from Transylvania, one might reconsider his lineage......
