multiple shots by police and only ones hit were bystanders....hhmmmmmm. That’s not good. How do they know the suspects firearm was loaded if it didn’t discharge? The whole story sounds goofy

Yes, it appears the cops screwed up and pretty much need lots of firearms training.
But - “Jesus Paredes Rodriguez” as the perp??
Someone else has gotta be thinkin’ what I’m thinkin’.

What? They don’t like musicals? What’s New York City going to do about this? I say send the cast from the CATS revival out there to San Francisco and parade down the streets in costume flipping people off and mooning the police. Yeah, you’re right. That would just be another day in San Francisco.

When a target is moving or obscured one can compensate by firing multiple rounds in the general direction until a cry of pain comes from the darkness.

"In the process, the suspect was not hit," Dangerfield said. "There were two other people who were hit, one in the lower leg and one in the thigh." Typical shoot-and-miss technique from the police.

The SFPD has had some classic cluster F****ps when opening fire.
Training officer and rookie answer a call. Family sheepdog basically latches onto training officers butt. Rookie fires his weapon misses the dog, ricochets off floor hitting his his training officer and family 8 year old in the leg.
