You missed the entire point! I was not suggesting Perry had to leave his Gov post to run for President! I never said anything of the sort!
During Perry`s re election he was asked repeatedly by Texans, will you promise to finish your term and not run for President...he said absolutely he would not run for President

This is the closest pic of Santorum I could find with big name celebrities. Apparently the band Cheap Trick was staying at this hotel at the time. I know there are more out there. I will keep looking.

The flame war was already going. The point is to show that the people whose camps are attacking each other don’t represent the people they support. The war is among their own egos, not their candidates.

Of course, the right choice is to change course. The man for the job is Gov. Rick Perry from the great Republic of Texas.
Mr. Perry knows that lower taxes, less government regulation, much less federal government, more state control and a pro-business environment are what ultimately will turn America around. He knows conservative economic principles create jobs while liberal buffoonery strangles the economy.
