Okay where is the debate? I am stuck up in N Michigan without access to MSNBC. The MSNBC website says it is being broadcast on CNBC, and being streamed on MSNBC and Politico. Com. Well it's not on my computer. Neither is streaming it and CNBC is showing a program on Facebook.
