As far as I go, today I realized that this Mafia type of criminal thugocracy this guy and his band of merry radicals have brought down upon our heads needs to be fought with prayer, fasting AND through mortal means as well. - So, I’ve prayed that the Lord will deliver us from this man and his organization. No, I don’t think anything will come of this except, possibly, Arizona election officials will refuse to let him on the ballot next time without some real proof.
OTOH, every time this subject pops up, it damages Zero’s credibility. They thought they had this fixed when the Donald staged that drama and they posted a poorly forged long-form COLB on the web, and then distracted attention from it with the raid on Osama.
But every time they have tried to put an end to the matter, it keeps on creeping back into public attention.
I haven’t seen a recent poll, but I’ll bet that a majority of voters STILL doubt that he was born in America.
Since Sheriff Joe’s jurisdiction covers only Maricopa Co., AZ, what gives him the authority to investigate this matter?

If a country sheriff really does an investigation, and thinks there is evidence that a crime may have been committed (voter fraud due to ineligible candidate), can they issue an arrest warrant? Or must they get a judge to do so? Can a POTUS be issued an arrest warrant by county authorities (sheriff & county judge)......I’m not asking if they can carry it out, just if they can issue such a document?
Now let’s carry this “what if” scenario farther. IF such a warrent can be issued and was. Should the POTUS set foot in that county where the sherif has law enforcement jurisdiction....could he take said POTUS into custody? Could it go so far as his deputies arresting any Sercret Service or other federal entities that attempted to stop such an arrest...even to the point of using deadly force?
Where does a local sheriff stand in relation to federal authroities? Who can override a sheriff? Can the governor or a federal judge?
Sheriff Joe must regret ever meeting with those idiots.
