Announcing it's "not her lucky day," a federal judge in Washington, D.C., has told an eligibility attorney he has dismissed her case demanding information from the Social Security Administration regarding President Barack Obama's Social Security Number, sought because of suspicions it may be fraudulent.
The case was filed by California attorney Orly Taitz, who has battled many of the major court challenges to Obama's tenure in office based on a lack of evidence that he qualifies under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born citizen."
The case at hand was filed against the Social Security Administration because of evidence that Obama's number was designated for use in Connecticut, when Obama has claimed he grew up in Hawaii and apparently had a Social Security Number there, as he reported he worked in an ice-cream shop then.
There has been no evidence he ever lived in Connecticut, and investigators have described the circumstances as suspicious.
The judge, Royce Lamberth credits Taitz for her dedication to her cause, but boasted that "today is not her lucky day."
He concluded that there's no real interest in determining whether the Obama Social Security Number is genuine or fraudulent, and the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else.
"The SSA explained that the Privacy Act of 1974 ... protects the personal information of social security number holders," he wrote. "The SSA determined ... the plaintiff had identified no public interest that would be served by disclosure."

“Uncle Omar for President - 2012”
Why have a halfrican Kenyan illegal alien when you can get the real deal?
Uncle Omar - An illegal alien before being an illegal alien was legal.
“Barry/Uncle Omar - 2012”
When one Kenyan illegal alien is not enough.
The next thing you know the sun will rise in the east.
Protecting you ask ??
heh heh heh
Well, I guess if you call what “Uncle Vito” is selling “Protection”
You can call it that.....
>> “well, when those charged with responsibility of dispensing blind justice start making cute remarks like that, its time to impeach/remove/replace them.” <<
.
Well, we certainly do not want to impeach Royce Lamberth, and replace him with an Obama appointee.
They are not require to respect her, but they are required to respect the law, or at least they should be. People make fun of Orley, but do nothing to enjoin the battle. God help her, may Justice prevail, before He returns.
OK, then I am going to get about 15 more SS #’s and collect 15 checks every month in about 25 years.
Well is their public interest in the judges home address for a nice loud peaceful protest?
Notice how our courts are ruling against us? At least the judge did not say there was no standing!
I didn’t even know that Orly was a “she”....
This sucks because the case in Hawaii against Fuddy was from this case. Tossed out of Hawaii too.
How's that "transparency" treating you there citizens? Are you ready to admit that we have become a full fledged DICTATORSHIP and that you have NO rights?
Well, I think Dr. Taitz WON again because every time Obama runs from court and from coughing stuff up, it just makes him look more suspicious. If Obama had any brains AND didn’t have anything to hide, he would just cough the stuff up and WHOOSH! there goes the rest of the Birthers. BUT, Obama needs the Birthers.
Judge Royce Lamberth - Criminal...Scriminal. Who cares? Secrecy for the president trumps all else.
Judge Col. Denise Lind - I agree with this ruling. We don’t want to embarrass the President. Besides the chain of command ends at the Pentagon. Sure I just made that up but at least my ruling isn’t as stupid as the “it’s been twittered judge.”
Judge James Robertson - Two thumbs up for this ruling. It’s been “twittered” already.
Judge David Carter - Ask my recently hired law clerk from Perkins Coie for my opinion. Smart, unbiased kid from the same law firm as Robert Bauer, Obama’s lawyer.
Of course it does not matter that the people bringing the case cared. The Social Security Act contains privacy provisions that generally protect information related to Social Security numbers (and other similarly sensitive personal information). There are exceptions to these protections, and one of the exceptions allows disclosure if there is a substantial public interest (or something to that effect). If it mattered that the people bringing the case cared, then the privacy provisions would mean nothing.
1/2 Black. That’s a mixture that turns the judges of this Country into cowards.
!/4 cup of that stuff sends a rino crying back to mommy
Might as well throw in Aunt Zeituni as Secretary of State.
Need for secrecy trumps all else?
I dont recall that being in the Constitution.......
“...the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else.”
And, all this time we’ve been told the president is just an average joe. So, why all the secrecy over a Social Security Number? Maybe someone will steal it and then his identity, and get a couple of fraudulent loans, or a new TV?
BULL PUCKEY! Just another judicial sham.
“Might as well throw in Aunt Zeituni as Secretary of State.”
Brilliant. Three illegals for the price of one.
BREAKING NEWS...Uncle Omar has just been admitted to Harvard Law School.
Developing...
“This kid’s got the right stuff. He’s going places.” said a Harvard legal beagle. “He plays his cards right and there might be a Nobel Peace Prize coming his way soon.”
