If you wish to be added to or removed from the ping list, please let me know.
It's my belief that they eased up on the survival elements when a couple of past players became really sick from parasites, etc. Lex is a good example. So, to make sure that doesn't happen again fire is given early to boil the water and so on.
What happened to Lex?
Tonight, Wednesday, September 28, 2011, 8/7c on CBS

Ha! Nobody home from work yet I guess.
It’ all up in the air right now - could swing any which way
Would like to see Upolu win the IC just to give Ozzy a start.
Might even treat myself to a Sam Adams O.F. tonight.
Thanks for the ping I haev it set on DVR but I’ll probably watch it live, I could use some escape today.
The quote of the night “.....he slows us down......”
Jim would have lost that poker hand. For being a “pro” Papa Bear bluffed him - I think.
CBS went on the fritz right after the vote off so I missed who voted for who and next weeks previews.
Could someone explain to me how the skinny nerd can still have lily white arms after days on a tropical island? That just is not possible.
They don’t have sugar, coffee, tea, etc, but they have SPF70 sunscreen?
He stays in the shade and keeps his shirt on when he’s out in the sun.
Everyon else seems to be tanning up pretty good.
Blah, the phone rang 30 seconds before Survivor started and I had to take it so I missed the first half. Anything interesting happen in the first 35 minutes? I saw at then end that Papa Bear woke Christine up at Redemption camp so Shemar lost the challenge and will never return again.
I made the comment last night that they're getting so much more food and comforts that in a few more seasons they'll be filming in a 5 star hotel with gourmet room service.
What gets me is Christine thinks she was given the boot because Coach just doesn't like her. Hello Christine ... your little comment about him being a temporary figure on day one should be clue enough for you.
Brandon keeps digging his hole bigger and bigger. The kid needs to chill and try and enjoy his adventure.
The preview for next week shows Cochran considering a move against Ozzy. Talk about biting the hand that's saved your tail so far.
Ozzy shared the secret of his HI with Keith and asked Keith not to tell anyone. Keith turns around and tells Whitney. Not too sure if they are aligned with with Ozzy or not at this point. Word of the idol didn't seem to spread any further than that.
Voted out last night: Papa Bear
Redemption Island last night: Christine defeated Semhar
Combined immunity and reward challenge winner: Upolu
Savaii Tribe (red buffs): Cochran, Dawn, Elyse, Jim, Keith, Ozzy, Whitney
Upolu Tribe (blue buffs): Albert, Brandon, Coach, Edna, Mikayla, Rick, Sophie, Stacey
Redemption Island: Christine, Papa Bear
Immunity Idol status - Savaii: Ozzy found the idol without benefit of a clue. He told Keith about it. Keith then told Whitney.
Immunity Idol status - Upolu: Christine found the clue. She hasn't told anyone. However, she has been sent to Redemption Island.

Brandon’s a mess. I see him as a victim of bad theology. I believe he’s a Christian but he doesn’t seem to get how to behave at any given moment and is not secure in his faith. Dude needs to study up and settle down.
Semhar’s talking about her ‘abandonment issues,’ I never can understand, did she not vote against somebody? Did she not care they might have ‘abandonment issues?’ It’s a game.
I think “Papa Bear” (I’d rather call him by his real name but I don’t know it, I think the Papa Bear thing is a little creepy) had a realistic view of things, at least. But I don’t like the token gay guy thing on Survivor, just like I don’t like the token gay people thing on Amazing Race, so I am hoping he goes out.
As for the five star hotel thing, I agree, I posted about that before, I can understand if they want to give them clean water to avoid parasites but other than that the entire survival element in survivor is going missing. As Papa Bear said, they have a pretty nice camp.
And if Cochran’s plotting against Ozzy, way to go Cochran is all I have to say. That takes nerve and creativity, and I don’t think he owes Ozzy a thing.
I always set the machine to record, even if I’m going to watch live. That way you don’t have to worry about missing anything — except in case of power failure or Texas storms, both of which have happened.
In which case, you can catch up online.
Going out on a limb and saying Brandon doesn’t win it all. Ok, very short limb. He’s selling his bullriding equipment on Craigslist. Can’t read what’s around the cross.

Ahh, he has a new baby girl with wife, Candace.
Looks like he works work for Uncle’s tankering service.
I’ll be surprised if he makes it to the merge. He said he wouldn’t mind playing again as long as Uncle Russell was playing too. I don’t see that happening anytime soon. LOL
Yes, Papa Bear slowed them down. And yet, a few seasons back, Dan made it almost to the end.
***He stays in the shade and keeps his shirt on when hes out in the sun.***
Even the amount of time it takes to film his comments, plus the time watching/participating in a challenge would make that tender flesh pink. I have spent much time in the tropics, and a long sleeve shirt just wouldn’t be enough. They must have a shelter for the competitors that is more substantial than what is filmed.
Mark, thanks, I’m calling him that, not Papa Bear.
As for Brandon selling his bull riding equipment, that’s a pretty clear sign he didn’t win.
