On Saturday in Inglewood, Calif., California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters had some harsh words for the tea party.
“I’m not afraid of anybody,” Waters told constituents in footage that appeared on ABC affiliate KCAL in Los Angeles. “This is a tough game. You can’t be intimidated. You can’t be frightened. And as far as I’m concerned — the tea party can go straight to hell.”

This is just talking points for black Democrats. They can't successfully argue with the Tea Party, and under Obama they're being destroyed economically. So the fear is that they'll turn against the Rats, or at least just sit on their hands.
So this is what the Rat "war room" has come up with to keep them on the invisible plantation that the Tea Party keeps pointing out IS a plantation.
