No State is more than three meals away from revolution.
Most rioters will be welfare minorities.
Kartographer, here’s one for your list.
As a nation, we are certainly not immune from this kind of thing and, as the article showed, its already beginning. Note, however, that there are precious few if any in areas with shall-issue carry licenses. I’ll bet that you won’t see one at a Texas state fair, for example. Flash mobs may be a bunch of self-centered, amoral thieves, but they’re not completely stupid.
Riots and “civil unrest” are definitely in our future. It’s all part of the plan.
We are already in a civil war. Progressives can’t use the conervative military or national guard to support the ancien regime of welfare statists, so they have to use proxy armies of union thugs, illegal aiens, flash mobs, narchists and petty criminals to intimidate the working class. That is already in motion. Then they steal your money with inflation to prop up the failed bureaucrat structure.
I have written a book on what this modern civil war looks like (Surviving Civil War II), it is nothing like CWI. Disclaimer, I’m not proposing we hit the streets and start a civil war, that is what progressives have long wanted and got. I’m saying Go Galt, step back and watch the system implode from debt and stay legal. No need to go bat crazy, instead just surviving is revolutionary enough.

I will have a youtube posted tomorrow.

Encountering CCW owners who could very well end this nonsense.
I don't agree. I have friends running or managing businesses in contracting, electrical, restaurants - these people are ALWAYS looking to hire competent help. Their problem is finding people who are willing to be trained, aren't on drugs, will show up on time, and work hard for what they might consider low pay in the beginning.
Our Progressive society has trained a large segment of society who need to be taken care of by Gov't. These will be our rioters of the future.

Thinking a certain ‘blog’ would be a great resource for this type of situation. :)
Older workers are being displaced for younger workers in some fields. So I have to disagree with some of the article.
With about a year before dear leader is sure to be de-imaculated, there is sure to be another orchestrated chrisis. Before the last election Schumer initiated the banking crisis that the left had put in place with the subprime loads they forced on the banks. Van Jones talked about it “bottom up, top down, inside out”. The bottom up is the riots. The top down is the totalitarian state taking over. The inside out is the slaughter of the business owners and property owners with the top and bottom splitting up the look. Just like Mao did. And so many Mao admirers in this regime sort of gves it away.
These people are not fighting for a cause, they are simply thieves and barbarians. Bottom line.
God help any of these lowlifes if they threaten my family or property.

Nonsense. There are niche sub-cultures with this attitude but they do not represent "an entire generation"...colleges are full of students working to better their chances, our military has no problem at all finding volunteers (and in time of war).
I am sick of these hyperbolic negative assessments of America's young people.
Exactly what the Obama Admin and their Commie/Fascist/Socialist/Progressive Zomies have been working for.
Obama and the Dums can’t wait to blame the American People (he started that yesterday) for the failures of his policies. We just don’t know how wonderful c/f/s/p really are for us. /s
AND we are suffering from “malaise” don’tcha know.
Rifle, ammo and at least a month of food and water.
I will be anchored out with eyes and ears open, watching the election results. It may get a bit messy.
Stock up on ammunition for self-defense before they ban it. It’s not inconceivable that these flash mobs could spread to private homes.
I can go out right now to several businesses in my area and likely have a job within a day or so. Granted it might be as a clerk in a convience store {been there done that also} but there are jobs to be had.
I'm medically retired now. But in my working years I never drew union wages and usually just made enough income to pay the bills. I've seen people in their 20's and 30's get dream jobs with great incomes walk off because they wanted a few days off so they quit their job.
My last job as a multi-trade skilled blue collar worker paid me about $6.50 an hour. I usually doubled my pay check with overtime by working shifts others did not show up for.
