the interview raises some good points but the guy who argued the case in a lower court (being interviewed) is hard to understand. Strong NYC accent. Like trying to listen through Henry Kissinger’s German brogue. LOL

The case is about FREEDOM ... and a notable prior case, about the 1798 Alien and Sedition acts, was over American FREEDOM of speech. The Federalists (today's democrats) wanted dissenting Republican (Our nation was formed as a Republic) speakers and writers imprisoned.

“Federalism protects the liberty of the individual from arbitrary power.” How much better can one frame the argument against ObamaCare’s individual mandate? It’s patently unconstitutional!
