Look, nobody is perfect. Even Rush has his flaws, and he is the best of them. That said, in some ways, Savage is the worst. The guy is an a-hole, even he would admit to it. I have heard his show many many times (not much else on the radio sometimes) and heard him say as much.

Savage can be very good. His insight is very good. (Levin's knowledge, especially of history and the law is better; but knowledge and insight are not the same thing.) Only Rush is comparable in insight IMHO. But Savage frequently goes off the deep end or into esoteric topics which only rarely interest me. So I start with Savage but frequently migrate to Levin. They both have their pluses and minuses.
