The gravity on mars is about 38% of what it is on earth. A 200 lb man would weigh about 76 lbs on mars. That’s more than enough for a flow of fluid

Does Mars have gravity? Yes, of course, it has mass, therefore it has gravity. Mars has a bit over one third of Earth's gravity.

Does Mars have gravity? How can 'water' .. 'flow' ? Mars has gravity, and water (at least in the form of ice). It's just damn cold and with very little atmosphere.
