What was the street address for this Home Depot?

Mr. Dutcher, a few words of advice:
1. You can’t cheat an honest man.
2. If it sounds too good to be true...there’s probably a good reason for that.

Whe you bait a trap with a vagina to catch a recently divorced man , most men will get caught.
The wife of course knew all the details. She is lying.
I wouldn’t want my children raised by a woamn who would do a thing like this. The man says his children have been turned against him and I am also sure she did that.
What we have here is a dumb husband and a crooked conniving low life wife.
The kids would be better off with the dumb dad.

I only wished I had read your post before I was caught up in this same scam. And for some unknown reason, when it’s all over, I say “I’ll see you next Wednesday”. I feel cornfused.

One doesn't go to jail for a 1st offense DUI with a BAC of 0.12.
I think they do in my state.

He wasn't stopped for driving drunk. He was set up and found to have an alcohol blood limit over 0.08. The fact that they are willing to let him walk on the DUI means that his driving was not putting anyone in danger.
Remember that DUI doesn't account for how you drive, but on how much alcohol is in your system. The same type law that we will have for obesity here shortly.
How does any of this change anything I said?
He was still legally intoxicated.
He was still being careless and irresponsible.
He still committed a crime for idiot reasons.
Someone still could have gotten hurt.

You were driving drunk. He was arrested by the PI's accomplices on the police force as part of an entrapment scheme. The PI was being paid $thousands to get the guy set up on a charge of drunken driving. How do we know for sure whether the charged blood alcohol level was real or fabricated?

From the article:
But, according to court records, the officer who arrested Dutcher had been tipped off by his acquaintance Christopher Butler, the one-time Antioch police officer and private investigator now at the center of a federal grand jury investigation that is also probing the former Central Contra Costa Narcotics Enforcement Team commander Norman Wielsch and three recently resigned cops from Danville, San Ramon and the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office. The group is already charged by the state for a series of alleged crimes, including selling stolen drug evidence, harboring illegal weapons and threatening witnesses. Butler and former Danville Officer Stephen Tanabe are each charged in connection with the setup DUIs. Dutcher is among the witnesses who have been subpoenaed by the U.S. attorney's office to testify.
The PI and his cop friends are dirty. That taints any evidence they may have presented.

Recently split from his wife (not divorced) and already on Match.com, good thing she got rid of the jerk. And I’m a man not a woman for the record.
