For articles, go to the main page, and click Post at the top. It should walk you through the rest.
For pictures, first make sure the image is posted online already, photobucket or some similar service will allow you to post your own pictures.
When you have the picture, right-click it and choose “copy image location”. Then here on FR, put < img src=””> with the image location pasted between the quotation marks, and don’t put the space between < and img.

For the pics, you have to "host" them on a site like "Photobucket.com". It's free to register and once you set up your account, you upload the pic to Photobucket, and then copy the HTML Photobucket URL in the post section, and your pic will appear.......like this:

Go here:
http://tinypic.com/
Hit the ‘browse’ button to go to the photos on your computer
Select a photo and click
Hit the ‘open’ button
Hit the ‘upload’ button
copy the code into the proper space, then hit ‘upload’
Under ‘HTML websites’, click on the first code box
then rt click to copy.
Go to site where you want to post the pic, Right click and hit ‘paste’.
