Big question; why civilian airline? For OpSec, why not USAF, with repayment if trip personal or political? She is high in prez succession list.

Three letter airport codes. Used on flight plans, baggage tags. etc.
DCA: Reagan National at Washington, DC
LGA: LaGuardia in New York City
They usually have some connection to the airport. For example, JFK is Kennedy Airport in NY. MCO is the old McCoy Air Force Base in Orlando, now Orlando International. ORL was already taken by the old Orlando Executive Airport.

So, if you are by chance overweight, and a baggage handler puts FAT on your bag, relax, it’s not a personal comment. It just means your bag is checked to the Fresno (California) Air Terminal!
