I think steroids are stupid but not nearly as stupid as wasting congressional and courtroom time on them.

The prosecutor was told not to use the video but used it anyway? I just have to shake my head.
Prosecutors: 0 for 2 in recent high profile cases.

This is theater.
It would be really bad "optics" for a sitting USAG to be prosecuting somebody for the same crime he is documented to have committed.
The case will not be resubmitted.

after prosecutors showed to jurors evidence that he had ruled would out of bounds in the case. The legal system truly is out of control. Just a bunch of law school grads trying to make names for themselves, damn the rules and regulations.

The Prosecutor is throwing the case. Must have had pangs of conscience, but not enough to admit this was a dog and pony show.

Why are we spending taxpayer dollars on garbage like this?
We'll apparently cut Social Security before we cut off these out-of-control prosecutors and the battalions of SWAT teams roving the nation oppressing citizens.
Tyranny, plain and simple.

Good. Nothing but a dog and pony show anyway. Clemens faced 30 years in the slam for allegedly lying about his own personal use of steroids, but Eric Holder won't face squat for lying about a DOJ operation that has national security implications and has already been responsible for the deaths of Americans. A revolutionary house cleaning is needed in our out-of-control gov't.

Six counts of obstruction with no underlying crime. Just lying to those who are ripping our Constitution to shreds. Who, really, are the criminals?
