Plus, the railroading of that Frenchman fell apart and Corey Maye is going home! This has been a bad month for the lynch mob and a long overdue good month for freedom.

Not directly or the prosecutor would likely be sitting in a cell. The judge said not to use the testimony of Pettit's wife Laura and there she was in the video. Maybe a prosecutorial brain phart, maybe an intentional act, but the judge freezing the video with her words in text on the screen let it hang there like a big fat hanging curve ball.
