Despite widespread media complicity, the nation is actually at the point where impeachment proceedings could begin for general and acute incompetence. This will not happen, but Barack Obama will be voted out of office in 2012, leaving four years of Blitzkrieg-level damage in his wake. It would take take a lengthy peer-reviewed scientific study to accurately rank the top five most destructive results of Obama's election, but:
Holder's justice department leads the way (imprisonable gunrunning offenses and coverup, dropping charges against black panthers, complicit labor corruption, illegal pressure on ATF to massage statistics, reinvistagation of cleared CIA officers, list goes on... Holder is an unadulterated scumbag, I wish he boxed in my gym...),
The appointment of Elena Kagan. Sotomayor is a hideous judge in her own right, but Kagan has not only never judged a case in her life and a hard-left ideologue, but has implied she will decline to recuse herself from the most important case in recent history; a case that should be a textbook example for recusal. The appointment of a corrupt ideologue to the SCOTUS may rival, in longevity, the job-killing effect of Obama Administration policies.
Obamacare makes the top five for about three different reasons: its rank unconstitutionality (never before in history have several, let alone a majority of Attorneys General sued the federal government), its effect on the quality of healthcare for Americans, and its effect on the national deficit and debt. It is now clear that Obamacare is quite possibly the worst piece of legislation ever passed by any Congress of the US, and shoved down the throats against the will of the public who definitely do not want worse health care for a higher price. The 2010 elections showed how intelligent America feels, and the 2012 elections will relegate democrats to the gutter of policy creation.
Libya. War Powers Resolutions be damned, Obama does what Obama wants. It doesn't matter if the observer feels we should be there or not, it matters that Obama gave the middle finger to the legislative branch and its Constitutionally prescribed powers. There is no judicial mechanism available for a timely rebuttal to this shakedown. Obama's personal narcissism is highlighted brightly by the Libyan conflict-- a military action commanded by America's best but initiated by our worst.
Boeing. This could be filed under Holder above, but the outright gall of this move could motivate a long dead and buried conservative to run an American flag in front of the White House in protest. A private company in the United States of America wants to open a plant in a given state of the union. Boeing allows a vote by South Carolina employees to decide whether they would like to organize. The employees intelligently vote nay. Boeing spends $1.1 billion generating a manufacturing plant in SC, three thousand miles from where unionized Everett employees have habitually shut down production, costing the private company hundreds of miillions of dollars. Obama, Holder, NLRB step in, telling Boeing no, they are not allowed (allowed??) to move their private plant outside union influence. Who. Do. You. Think. You. Are???

Despite plenty of evidence to the contrary, I cannot believe that America has so many completely brain-dead imbeciles to vote that incompetent fraud back into office. Polling to date is almost historical in our rejection of this loser.

That’s a concern of mine. At least we passed a voter id bill down here in Texas. Would be nice to see some swing states do something similar.
