I blame the DA for over stepping based upon the evidence and case they presented, although to be honest I didn’t watch most of the proceedings. In hindsight he should have gone for lesser charges that would have prevented her from walking and from profiting.
It is difficult, and as it should be, to prove capital murder charges with circumstantial evidence with most jurors. I’ve served on juries and once as foreman. When there is some legitimate doubt placed by the defense on the DA’s case, it will always undercut capital charges. Capital punishment needs to be based upon multiple, irrefutable, and clear cut evidence.
People need to look out. She is a danger to anyone who crosses paths with her.

You cannot disguise ugly whether it’s inside or out, and she has a serious case of both.
My question is — who is paying for this protection, these disguises, this name-change, etc.? She is penniless as far as I can tell and owes a lot of people a lot of money. Surely we Florida taxpayers don’t get to pick up the tab for this too?
