I travel I-10 past Palm Springs often. Us fellers in pickup trucks blast thru at 80+ mph. All the Porches, Vettes, Cobras and other speed demons cruise at the speed limit. Must have figured out that the CHP has little compassion toward them.

Interesting. Several high-dollar cars (hidden tax on the “rich”) included. Now compare this list to the most stolen cars...

Small mirrors, huge blindspots - the Scion xB hatchback is an accident waiting to happen. I can't count the number of times my small SUV has almost been hit by them.

Looks like some class warfare going on there. Call out the lawyers.

They left out P.O.S. 1981 Datsun pickup trucks. Those get tickets a lot. At least mine does for some reason.

Where’s the BMW? Everyone with a Bimmer drives fast.

Scions seem to be targeted toward younger drivers - taking more risks (speeding, weaving in traffic).
The Pontiac drivers may be young women, driving in the manner described above and yakking on the cell phone.

The most ticketed cars are those that beautiful women don’t drive.

I drive plain fullsized work trucks. I’ve never so much as gotten a seatbelt ticket and I NEVER buckle up...speed alot on the interstates and highways too.

Gay hairdressers love their Z4s but dislike driving too fast to be seen in detail, owners of 7-series WOULD drive fast if their cars were ever out of the shop, and cops know that 6 cyl. Honda Accords blow the doors off most 3-series.

I understand why the VW GTI is on the list. Hubby has one and on the days he takes his motorcycle to work I steal his car.
I LOVE the thing, it’s REALLY fast and it handles great.
Thank god its gray and not red, or I would already have been pulled over in it :) .

Of Course
Scion tC Coupe, Scion XB Hatchback. The Volkswagen micro bus of the 21st century. And we all know the acrid smell that came from those chartreuse microbusses.

I have a 6 cyl. Accord. It's fast and yet so nondescript it's almost invisible. Great car.
